HOW WE STARTED
Maneesh ran M&A at a large enterprise, then founded and exited his own company. The sourcing problem was identical in both roles: too slow, too dependent on who you knew, too much of the market left untouched.
He started GrowthPal with Shalu to build a data-driven alternative, one that doesn't route everything through investment banks. Amar joined as co-founder and CTO and built the technical foundation.
We're based in Pune and New York. We've worked with 140+ buy-side clients across IT services, Fintech, EdTech, and other technology sectors globally.

Our vision
To proactively identify M&A or investment opportunities for all stakeholders from the entire universe globally with a very deep contextual lens, while keeping the entire process discreet without any fear of information or intent leaking. Enable every company whether large, mid-size or small that is looking to acquire, to become a Programmatic M&A player. Reduce the noise in the discovery process and the time to get to LoI by a magnitude which is critical in making smaller acquisitions more attractive.
Our mission
Shift the power dynamics - enable a level playing field, for both parties by discovering suitable synergistic targets with intent and also remove the market-knowledge gap on valuation/deal structure. This will unlock 5 times more deals to close as both the parties will align a lot closer to realistic market expectations.
