We, Growthpal Technologies Pte Ltd (“we”,“us”, “our” “Company”) arethe owners of the website https://www.growthpal.com/(“Website”) and have developed andown the Growthpal Platform, available at https://app.growthpal.com/onboard/user(herein referred to as “Growthpal” or “Platform”).The Website and Platform collectively showcase the Company’s services,which include but are not limited to a subscription-based service that providesaccess to a marketplace where companies can discover high-fit, off-markettargets, enabling them to make informed acquisition decisions. (herein referredto as “Services”). The Website and the Platform will hereinaftercollectively be referred to as the “Platform”.

We may receive your Personal Data in the following ways:
i. Information Collected through the Use of the Platform:When you use the Platform, we may receive information about you and yourusage of the Platform. Such information may be collected when you contact usthrough our Platform or inquire about our services.
ii. Online Identifiers and Log Data: We may receive information about your system, device,browser type, usage duration, system logs, etc.
iii. Payment Information: Our Services may be made available to the Users on a subscription basis. We may collect certain information, such asfull name, phone numbers, billing address, andemail address, to process your request. We use third-party payment serviceproviders to process payments made to us. We do not retain any of yourfinancial information, such as credit card details or bank details, and allsuch information is provided directly by you to our third-party processor. Thepayment processor’s use of your Personal Data will be governed by their privacynotice. We do not access, store, or collect your credit/debit card information.We may have information limited to the payment confirmation number for ourrecord purposes.
TheUser undertakes that he shall be solely responsible for the accuracy,correctness, or truthfulness of the Personal Data shared with us, whether ofits own or any third party. In the event the User is sharing any Personal Dataon behalf of a third person, the User represents and warrants that he has thenecessary authority to share such Personal Data with the Company and has obtainedwritten consent from such third party, and the Company shall not be responsiblefor verifying the same. Merger or Acquisition: We maytransfer your Personal Data if we are acquired by another entity, or if wemerge with another company or transfer a part of our business, including thePlatform, to a third party. Any third party or resultant entity that receivesyour Personal Data shall have the right to continue to use your Personal Datain line with the purposes set out herein.
iv. Depending on thenature of the request, we may ask you to complete a Personal Data request formor seek certain details to verify the request. i. Applicability of PDPA: This Privacy Policy is subject to the SingaporePersonal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”).
ii. Personal Data: Personal data is any data, whether true or not,about an individual who can be identified from that data alone or together withother information accessible to the organisation.
iii. Accuracy of Personal Data: We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that Personal Informationcollected by us or on our behalf is accurate and complete.
iv. Withdrawal of Consent: Under PDPA, an individual may withdraw the consent given for thecollection, use, or disclosure of their personal data at any time by givingreasonable notice. Upon receiving a withdrawal, we will inform you of thelikely consequences and cease collection, use, or disclosure unless legallyrequired otherwise.
v. Transfer of Personal Data outside Singapore: We will ensure that the transfer of PersonalInformation is as per the requirements of PDPA.

We may send youcommunications, including but not limited to (a) notices about your use of the Platform, including thoseconcerning violations of use, (b) updates, (c) promotional informationregarding our Platform, and (d) newsletters.You may opt out of receiving promotional emails and newsletters from us byfollowing the unsubscribe instructions provided in those emails. We will retain the User’s Personal Data aslong as it is required to be retained for the provision of the Platform. We may alsoretain and use Users’ Personal Data as necessary to comply with our legalobligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Our Platform may contain links to other websites, mobileapplications, and other online services operated by third parties. These linksare not an endorsement of, or representation that we are affiliated with, anythird party. In addition, our content may be included on web pages or in mobileapplications or in online services that are not associated with us. We do notcontrol third-party websites, mobile applications or online services, and weare not responsible for their actions. Other websites and services followdifferent rules regarding the collection, use and sharing of your PersonalData. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of the other websites andmobile applications, and online services you use.
We are committed tomaintaining information security and protecting User Personal Data frompotential breaches. Weimplement security measures as per the best industry standards. Although weprovide appropriate firewalls and protection, we cannot warrant the security ofPersonal Data transmitted, as these systems are not hack-proof. Data pilferagedue to unauthorised hacking, virus attacks, and technical issues is possible,and we will take necessary measures to mitigate such events.
This Privacy Notice shallbe construed and governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to theexclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune.
